I felt fully confident in his care

I was recommended Mr Darrad by a doctor friend of mine in London. I was told he specialised in kidney stones and came with excellent credentials. Before the consultation, he reviewed all of my clinical results and scans. He put me at ease and I felt fully confident in his care. Options and choices were given to me, he then advised on the best way forward; I obviously took his advice as he was the specialist. A date was then arranged for my surgery. On the day, Mr Darrad visited me pre and post-surgery, reassuring me beforehand and, post-operation, explaining all had gone very well. The anaesthetist was excellent and put me at great ease prior to surgery, he was extremely calming in the anaesthetic room and I woke up completely pain-free. I have worked for many years as a senior nurse in the private sector and I can truly confirm that the service I had from all areas was exemplary. From a very satisfied, grateful patient.

I cannot thank you and your team enough!

Despite the ongoing pandemic, Mr Serag and the rest of the team carried out my operation after a recent diagnosis. Our conversation really put me at ease, especially because I was very anxious. My surgery was carried out by keyhole, which has helped me to recover more quickly as well. My family and I cannot thank you and your team enough for the kindness and professionalism you have shown us.
